Bankruptcy and complicated credit
The standard terms for people who have been declared bankrupt are as follows: they must have been discharged from bankruptcy for two years, re-established their credit rating and put together a 10% down payment. In addition to this range of products that we offer, we have products for people who have been discharged from bankruptcy for only 6 to 12 months, who have not yet re-established their credit record and who have problems securing financing.
