Self-employed workers
Many people have their own businesses and only declare little income. They generally have a good gross income but a modest net income and as a result, traditional institutions usually turn them down because they do not meet the standard industry financial ratio.
We have special products that are designed to give the self-employed people an opportunity to become home owners. Applicants must however have been self-employed for more than one year. They can own a home with a down payment of as little as 10% of the purchase price.
